How to create and edit tables:
WebGears allows you to create beautiful tables for presenting your data. A high degree of customisation is available so that you may build intuitive and clean-looking tables on your web pages. To learn how to create and modify tables, follow this tutorial.
Step 1. Opening the section for editing
Log in to WebGears, and proceed to the section you want to edit.
Click on the gear icon to enter editing mode for that section. The pop-up window with all editing controls will appear.
Step 2. Creating a new table
Create a new line where you want your table to be placed, and then click the table icon on the toolbar.
In the dialog window, specify how many columns and rows you want in your table. You can add more rows and columns later, if needed.
You can also specify how much whitespace you want in your table using the cellspacing and cellpadding options. You can also set the alignment and size of your table. If you leave the width and height fields empty, the table size will automatically adjust to accommodate the content you put inside.
Step 3. Editing an existing table
If you click on an existing table, several icons in the toolbar will become available. You can use these to modify your table and add rows or columns. You can also merge rows and columns, creating custom table structures.
If you want to edit the original settings of an existing table, click on that table and then click the main table icon on the toolbar. This will open a dialog window with all the original settings, which you can change here.
Step 4. Save and publish
Once you are happy with your content, click the save icon on the toolbar to save and publish it instantly.
