Email setup in Microsoft Outlook:

Follow this guide to set up your Microsoft Outlook client email with your new email account. Depending on the version of your software, the setup process may be slightly different, but the same settings apply. This guide uses an example of the email account, test@aeronstudio.net; use your own new email account and domain name instead.

When you see test@aeronstudio.net, use your own email address instead.
When you see aeronstudio.net, use your own domain name instead.

Step 1. Start the account setup process

Select an option to create a new account from the main menu, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2. Enter your account details

Carefully enter your details exactly as provided to you by Aeronstudio. Make sure there are no typographical mistakes before continuing.

Make sure IMAP is selected and click on 'Add Account'. Our servers require normal password authentication and use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for security.

Step 3. Certificate dialogs

During the setup process, you may see similar dialog boxes. Simply confirm to continue the set up process.

Step 4. Account is created

Now you have successfully set up your email account. IMAP protocol allows you to set up other devices to access your email account such as mobile phones or tablets. Remember to routinely delete old/unneeded emails. If you experience any problems with your email, fill out the support request form to have the problem fixed.
