How to start editing your website:

Editing your website with WebGears is simple. It gives you great control over your content. To start editing your website, simply login to your WebGears panel with your password.

Step 1. Welcome screen

Here you can select what to do next. You can either go directly to the editing mode by clicking the green button, or you can select one of the other two options to see traffic statistics or buy extensions for your website, respectively.

Step 2. Editing mode

By clicking on the large green button, you will be taken to your website's front page, but it will look a little different. You will notice an options bar at the top of every page that allows you to logout or go back to the dashboard.

You will also see a little gear icon under each section of content. You can start editing instantly by clicking the gear icon. You will see an editing window appear with all of the editing options available in the toolbar.

Step 3. Making changes

YYou can edit your content freely; the functionality is very similar to any other text editor to which you may be accustomed. Once you are done making changes, just click on the save icon, and your new/changed content will be published instantly for everyone to see.

Step 4. Logging out

You should log out of WebGears once you’re through. To do so, click on the 'Log Out' option from the option bar at the top of the page.
